A deceased member of the Alcatraz Task force, this unlucky individual was killed by Edward Ames.
Dandruff Guy was the nickname given to this man by Diego, who witnessed his death at the hands of Ames. At the time of his death, he had been conducting "weird experiments" that seemed to have a disruptive effect on Alcatrez' electricity supply, as it caused occassional blackouts throughout the prision. Ames sneaked up on him while he was conducting these experiments and bludgeoned him to death with some shears before dragging him into an abandoned cell while Diego watched from afar. After Diego was kidnapped by Ames and his brother Herman, Rebecca discoved Dandruff Guy's cadaver in the cell Ames had left it in.
