The Rowboat Vendor worked at Lafayette Recreation Area and rented boats for one or two hours for people on the Lafayette Resevoir. His boats consisted of a number, and he owned at least five. He owned and presumably lived in a caravan with the sign "Boat rentals," and unknowingly rented one out to Kit Nelson, who forcibly took Dylan Callahan fishing for two hours after stealing two fishing rods at Keller's Hardware.
