Biography[]
Peters was killed by Madsen's grandfather, Tommy, who resurfaced in modern day San Francisco. Tommy claimed his motive was that Peters was on the payroll of Harlan Simmons, who paid Peters to "keep an eye on" Rebecca Madsen.
